Tabitha Will Honor Supporters at Annual Recognition Luncheon

Tabitha, your answer for Elder Care, will honor a select group of supporters at their annual Into the Blue luncheon on Wed., April 6, 11:30 a.m., at Lincoln’s Embassy Suites. The honored individuals have given extraordinarily in the pursuit of outstanding, compassionate care for southeast Nebraska Elders.

This year’s award recipients include a notable employee, corporate supporter, church, local foundation and individuals who have dedicated time, talent and treasure to Tabitha’s Christian mission of delivering innovative Elder Care services that promote the dignity, independence and well-being of older adults. Honored recipients are: Tabitha employee Joyce Ebmeier, Sheridan Lutheran Church, Runza National, Rupert Dunklau Foundation and Dwayne and Sally Dietze.

Proceeds from the luncheon will go to support Tabitha’s mission of service to our communities throughout southeast Nebraska. Today, that might be a neighbor receiving a hot-nutritious meal and daily safety check through Tabitha Meals on Wheels. Tomorrow, it could be a friend’s loved one who needs Tabitha Hospice to support their end of life journey.  Gifts to Tabitha allow us to serve Elders and their families, wherever they might be on the aging journey.
